For apartment owners

You hand over the keys. We do the rest.

Photos, listings, prices, guests, cleaning, check-in, accounting — all of it is our job. Yours is to watch it happen, from a calendar that shows every booking the moment it lands.

Earnings estimate

What could your apartment bring in?

Pick the town, the type of apartment, what it offers and how you settle tax — we show you what is left for you after every cost, not just the impressive number at the top.

What kind of apartment is it?
What does it offer?

The uplifts come from the bookings of our own apartments with that feature. First row: one summer season measured, the winter half estimated — it gets more precise with every season.

Not sure? Most private owners are on the flat rate. We go through it with you on the phone.

Your apartment is not on this list? Choose “another town on the coast” — we will still tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

1Setup

We get your apartment ready to earn

Before the first guest, someone has to make the place look like the best version of itself — and work like it too. That is the part most owners underestimate, and the part that decides the price you can ask for the next three years.

  • Professional photography, and honest advice on what to change before we shoot
  • An equipment list — what guests expect, what earns its price, what nobody uses
  • Your own parking sign, made and mounted, so guests stop circling the block
  • Smart lock and technology set up, so nobody has to hand over a key at midnight

2Marketing

Seen everywhere — and priced right today

A listing is not a price you set once a season. We move prices constantly, against real demand and against the weather forecast people are actually looking at when they decide to book a week at the sea. A rainy forecast and a heatwave are not the same market.

  • Listed on all the big portals, plus direct booking on our own site
  • Paid advertising, so your apartment is found outside the portals too
  • Prices adjusted at high frequency to demand — and to the weather forecast
  • Minimum stays and gaps managed so a single night never blocks a week

3Guests

Guests who arrive already feeling looked after

A good review is written long before checkout. It is written when someone finds the door code without calling anyone, when the fridge tip they got turns out to be the best restaurant of their week, and when the thing you asked us to tell them was actually told to them.

  • A guest portal that carries the check-in: access, directions, wifi, house information
  • Your own wishes for the apartment passed on to every guest, not filed away
  • Recommendations for the area, so guests are informed instead of guessing
  • For selected apartments, a personal check-in — one of us lets the guests in

4Accounting

Every position, every month

The statement is where trust is either earned or quietly lost. Ours lists every booking and every cost as its own line — nothing rolled up into a single number you have to take on faith.

  • Every booking as its own line, with what the guest paid and what reaches you
  • Cleaning, portal commission and our fee shown separately
  • Costs and repairs itemised, with the invoice behind them

What it costs

  • 22 % of what the guest pays for the nights, counted without VAT and without the cleaning fee. On direct bookings on rentmonkey.pl 25 %, and no portal commission at all.
  • No sign-up fee, no monthly fee. We earn only when a guest stays.
  • The cleaning is paid by the guest, not by you.
One month of an owner statement: every reservation on its own line with the guest payment, the cleaning fee, our commission and what reaches the owner

And you watch all of it, live

This is the part owners tell us they never had before: no waiting for a monthly summary to find out how your own apartment is doing. You open the calendar and it is all there, as it happens.

Every booking, and where it came from

Which portal brought the guest, where they travel from, how long they stay, what they paid.

One booking opened: portal, guests, nights, what the guest paid and what reaches the owner

Your own weeks, booked by you

Want the apartment in August? Put yourself in the calendar. No commission on your own stays — only the cleaning.

ComingSuggest your own price or minimum stay straight from the calendar — we get the request and confirm it.

Technology that works while nobody is watching

Most of what keeps an apartment running is small, repetitive and easy to forget — which is exactly what software is good at. We built our own tools rather than buy them, so the automation fits how we actually work, including from the road.

  • Our own app for the team: damages, tasks, cleanings and guest messages in one place
  • Automation for everything that repeats, so nothing depends on someone remembering
  • AI where it genuinely helps — drafting answers, spotting what needs a human
Our own app: every guest conversation, with the apartment and the arrival beside it
The same app taking a spoken note and turning it into two tasks on the right apartment

We are here

Not a call centre. The same coast as your apartment.

Every apartment we look after is on this stretch of coast — and so are we. That is not a slogan, it is the reason a problem gets looked at the same day instead of turning into a conversation about when somebody could possibly come.

  • Someone can be there today

A key that will not turn, a guest locked out, a washing machine giving up on a Saturday — somebody drives over. No ticket number, no appointment for next week.

  • One person, one number

You get a named contact with a direct number. Nobody puts you through to anyone, and nobody has to look your apartment up first.

  • We know the towns, not just the addresses

Which beach entrance is the closest, where the parking actually is, which restaurant is still worth recommending in October. Guests ask — and we know.

The questions owners actually ask

The ones that come up in almost every first phone call — answered here so you do not have to ask them to find out.

It depends on the apartment: where it is, how many people it sleeps and what the building offers. Our earnings calculator gives you a first figure built from our own bookings in your town. For the number for your apartment, we look at it together and tell you honestly what it can do — before anything is signed, and free of charge.
Once a month. By the 7th of the following month you have your statement and your money. Each booking counts in the month the guest checks out, and every booking is its own line — nothing is rolled up into one number you have to take on faith.
As often and as long as you like — it is your apartment, and we set no limit. You enter your stay in your online calendar yourself; no asking for permission. Our one request: keep the busiest weeks, roughly the end of July to mid-August when prices are highest, mostly for guests. The first week of July or the last week of August are lovely for your own holiday, and outside the season you are practically free. It has to work for both of us — if the apartment turned into mostly a private holiday home, we would talk openly about whether our cooperation still makes sense. There is no commission on your own stays; afterwards you pay the normal cleaning, the same rate a guest pays, added automatically.
