A few notes for your stay 🌿

About the wellness area 🏊 🧖: The complex's new swimming pool and sauna area is scheduled to open on 27 July 2026 - a wonderful extra for your stay, one we're already very much looking forward to! Everything is as good as ready. Even so, please understand that we cannot guarantee the date 100% - between the final preparations and the opening, something can always come up. Simply ask about the current status when booking. 😊

General note about the pool: The pool and sauna area is operated by the complex and, as everywhere with us, is provided to guests free of charge as an additional offering. As in all complexes with a swimming pool, there may occasionally be brief closures, for example for maintenance, cleaning or for hygiene reasons, whereby reopening may take some time depending on the cause. As the operation is beyond our control and use is not part of the rental price, there is no entitlement to a (partial) refund in the event of temporary unavailability. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. ☀️😊

About the residential complex: Please note that you are staying in a new, modern residential complex. Since some owners renovate their apartments on individual weekdays during the off-season (September to June), there may occasionally be typical renovation sounds during the day - as is usual in residential complexes. We have no influence over the nature or timing of such private works by other owners - we thank you for your understanding.

We had 10 wonderful and relaxing days. Surrounded by the sea, beach, and forests, everyday stress quickly fades away. In the midst of this beautiful nature, the excellent accommodation with all its amenities makes the holiday perfect. We would especially like to highlight Ania and Sebastian from the Rentmonkey team, who were always easy to reach, gave helpful tips, and handled questions quickly and in a solution-oriented way. A wholehearted recommendation!

We were guests for 11 days. The location with a view of the Baltic Sea from our apartment with balcony (2nd floor) is fantastic. The property and swimming pool are like new and are obviously also kept very clean. Parking spaces are directly in front of the building and well secured by a solid fence. The direct access to the beach and the short walk into town are great for a relaxing holiday. The Rentmonkey team does a great job and is very friendly. We were happy to have met both of them in person - very likeable and committed people. We hope that the price-performance ratio can also be maintained in the future. We would without doubt want to holiday in exactly the same way again. Thank you for the lovely time!
