About the wellness area 🏊 🧖: The complex's new swimming pool and sauna area is scheduled to open on 27 July 2026 - a wonderful extra for your stay, one we're already very much looking forward to! Everything is as good as ready. Even so, please understand that we cannot guarantee the date 100% - between the final preparations and the opening, something can always come up. Simply ask about the current status when booking. 😊

General note about the pool: The pool and sauna area is operated by the complex and, as everywhere with us, is provided to guests free of charge as an additional offering. As in all complexes with a swimming pool, there may occasionally be brief closures, for example for maintenance, cleaning or for hygiene reasons, whereby reopening may take some time depending on the cause. As the operation is beyond our control and use is not part of the rental price, there is no entitlement to a (partial) refund in the event of temporary unavailability. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you will thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. ☀️😊

About the residential complex: Please note that you are staying in a new, modern residential complex. Since some owners renovate their apartments on individual weekdays during the off-season (September to June), there may occasionally be typical renovation sounds during the day - as is usual in residential complexes. We have no influence over the nature or timing of such private works by other owners - we thank you for your understanding.
