Excellent location

The apartment is in a building within a closed, guarded residential complex (remote control for the entrance gate, monitored parking). The whole place is located right on the shoreline, and you can see the sea from the balcony. The beach is 2 min away. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, tastefully furnished, there is air conditioning and there are external blinds. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, from the proverbial teaspoon to pots and pans. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, which will certainly come in handy more than once in summer. There is access to a large balcony from both the living room and the bedroom, there are also sun loungers and a beach screen. The area is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by a pine forest, and it is a 15 min walk to the center of Pogorzelica. A huge plus for the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna on the premises (the building next door), which can be used as part of the stay. there was no such thing

The location is fantastic, access to the property via codes is very convenient, especially when the family is not constantly going around together, an exceptionally large balcony, everything was okay
