Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, schöner Balkon, sauber, gemütliche Dusche. Viele nette Restaurants und Parks in der Umgebung sowie unweit von der Ostsee entfernt. Allerdings liegt die Unterkunft an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch es Nachts sehr laut ist und das Bett ist ein eher unbequemes Schlafsofa.
Byt byl hezky vybaveny, cisty, vkusny, svetly. lokalita zhruba 15 minut od promenady. Okna pokoje jsou do ulice, nad ranem, kdyz se rozjede doprava, jde pomerne hodne hluku dovnitr. Z fotografii se nam zdalo, ze jde o pokoj s loznici. Kdyz jsme prijely na misto, zjistili jsme, ze slo pouze o ruzne nafoceny obyvaci pokoj. Co nas vsak hodne zklamalo, ze misto spani na normalni posteli, jsme musely spat na rozkladacim gauci, ktery nebyl zrovna pohodlny. To zazitek z jinak pekne provedeneho bytecku velmi zhorsil. Rentmonkeys, myslim, ze kdyz gauc vymenite za poradnou postel, dojem z ubytovani bude mnohem lepsi. jinak hostitele meli vse hezky popsane , prislo nekolik zprav, bylo tu super podrobne, to ocenuji.

Sorry about the sleep comfort. This flat is a studio (no separate bedroom), and the sleeping place is a sofa-bed. But I clearly see the confusion, though correctly described as a studio without bedroomm still airbnbs calculation logic listed two sofa-beds, which was not intended, which I could change now: so it now shows only one sofa-bed, not two.
But yes, we also suggested to the owner to upgrade the sofa-bed to improve comfort.
Thanks again for helping us improve. If you return, we’ll gladly recommend one of our apartments with a separate bedroom and a full bed.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Swinemünde und haben relativ spontan eine Unterkunft gesucht. Wir sind ohne große Erwartungen bei der Wohnung angekommen, wurden aber schnell überrascht. Ein sehr sauberes, modernes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit allem was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Lage direkt an einem Park, vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zum Hafen als auch zur Promenade sind positiv zu erwähnen. Wir hatten ebenfalls einen kostenlosen Stellplatz einen Block entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief immer problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! :)
Super miejscówka, wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Czysto fajnie urządzony apartament jest wszystko czego potrzeba. dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum ale cicho. Cena też bardzo spoko. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemu. Ogolnie mega ok, polecam i pewnie jeszcze wrócimy 😎 no i plaża w Świnoujściu jest najlepsza!! 😉
