Sabat (Pobierowo)

Pobierowo

Our tip: Whenever we go to Pobierowo, we usually eat here: very high quality, very popular, lots of great dishes – the prices, however, are at German levels.

Sabat in Pobierowo is at Grunwaldzka 70 – on the main street in the center, not right on the beach. In summer the Sabat Palm Beach beach bar is part of it. The menu is also available in German (PDF), more at sabat-restauracje.pl.

There's breakfast, lunch, hearty main meals and cocktails in the evening, sometimes live music. European and Mediterranean cuisine, not just fried fish. For children there's a play corner, plus Wi-Fi.

What guests praise

Many guests come back for the liver. Also: steak with herb butter, cod, grilled pork neck, pork cutlet, pizza and breakfast sandwiches. The portions are big – one guest advised not to order everything at once. Price-wise it's more restaurant than beach snack bar.

The place is dog-friendly: according to reviews, dogs get water and are allowed inside. That's rare on the promenade and one of the reasons Sabat stays on the list for a holiday with a dog.

To be safe, bring some cash: according to the menu, payment is in cash, but some guests were also able to pay by card.

Season

The restaurant on Grunwaldzka is open all year, the beach bar only in summer. Opening hours change with the season – it's best to take a quick look at Google Maps before you go.
