• Important notice before booking:

Construction work is currently taking place directly next to the building. Therefore, there may be occasional construction noise during the day.

A pleasant stay is still very possible – especially for guests who start their day early and spend their time at the beach, in nature, or on excursions.

For guests who like to sleep in, are very sensitive to noise, or plan to spend a lot of time inside the apartment during the day, this offer may be less suitable.

We have already adjusted the prices accordingly due to this situation. Additional discounts after booking are therefore not possible.

We communicate this circumstance transparently before booking and have already taken it into account in the price. The construction work is therefore part of the overall conditions of the stay.

We will of course still do our best to ensure you have a great stay. If you keep this in mind when leaving a review, everything works well for everyone.
